more s... words

This is what I woke up to this morning. bleck! Yes, I know there are those of you that find it wonderfully beautiful and romantic - please send me your address, so that I can have this weather forwarded to you!

Driving into work was a catastrophe this morning! The roads weren't cleared and some drivers out there have apparently never encountered this white stuff before (albeit they have lived here all their lives and it snows every winter...). I think it is high time the snow went back into the mountains, so that spring can arrive. Guess that is just wishful thinking. Tonight's low temps should be around minus 17°... How about you wake me when it is Easter?

it is indeed enchanted when you view it in a photo, or for a weekend maybe!
i say you need more hot chocolate and marshmallows to get you through.

Your photos are lovely but I'm sure that is about all. I wish you could join me in sunny Arizona where it is warm enough to take a walk with a light sweater on. I'm enjoying this week of nice weather while I visit my mother.

ahhh... the old 'too much of a good thing' syndrome! you must assume some responsibility as the pics you take are always so, well, romantic and beautiful!

Feel free to send it to me! As long as we are having crappy weather anyway, I'd rather have snow that the sad, drizzly gray rain that we're having today.

More "s" words indeed!!! And we DON'T mean snow!!! Good grief, you really have had more than your share of this stuff this winter. And here we are still looking for it (okay, some would be looking for it, but not me!). Stay warm and we'll see you in the spring!!! :)

It snowed here a little overnight too, but yesterday I saw the tops of daffodils popping out of the ground! Spring will come!

It is very beautiful - but - from afar. I did in fact grow up in endless snow during the winter. So I can fully appreciate where you are at. How about if I just send you some sunny warm thoughts and warm hugs?

No, please don't forward any my way. I have some of my own that I'd like to get rid of. Just think, in a few months we'll have spring flowers. :)

Oh poor Renate, too much snow in fact this year, i do not like it too. Buuut, the fact is that we have a roof to take shelter, lucky us.
Today we have a wonderful spring day in Brittany, so i send you all the warm of it, plus a lot of bisous.

I'm for Easter. We're not even at the part of winter when I saw enough already! and I'm already saying enough! We stand to get a good dumping of snow this weekend!

Beautiful and romantic...sigh! Those of us who love it, probably have never lived in it. It's pretty in the pictures, though!!

Oh, wow, that would be way too cold for me! I've become a winter wimp!! And come January, I am ready for sun and spring. That said, it's sunny here, but not exactly warm. Not really that cold either though... Stay warm!!! Love, Silke

Hey! Thanks for your visit this morning (afternoon where you are...). Is it still snowing? My dad said up north they had rain all day, which thawed the snow and it's supposed to get below freezing tonight and then be quite icy. We are expecting cold and rain over the weekend. Good to stay inside and be cozy! Hugs, Silke

More snow?! Wow, that's such a cold winter for Germany, but I guess the past couple of years have been like that, haven't they? Next year, you'll have to plan a vacation to warmer climates during that time... Stay warm!! Hugs, Silke
