Finally - sunshine and Sunday - flea market

I am so glad - the sun is back! We have been having some lovely weather this weekend.

Early morning sun.

Added bonus - I was finally able to visit a flea market again! And I even found some goodies!

A couple of chandelier crystals.

A nice selection of buttons and tiny keys and some mother of pearl buttons.

Two beat up old hammers. Which is okay - I want to turn them into texturing hammers anyway.

One of them was already altered by a previous owner. Someone welded an iron ball onto one side.

My garden is also very grateful for some sun. Even the flowers are smiling.

My red currants aren't even close to being red and ripe yet. But the bushes are heavy with fruit.

Hope you are all having a lovely Sunday.

Congratulations on your sun! Ours is trying today. We've had rain rain rain too--my boyfriend jokes that we are going to turn into mushrooms. Love your haul! The keys and buttons are fabu, and I love that rusty phial-looking thingy. Very Victorian vampire looking. Can't wait to see what you do with them! (Love to see how you turn a regular hammer into a texturing hammer too...)

So happy you have sun again. Your garden is indeed smiling I think. Lovely finds. BTW, Richard and Melrose say hello but none of us is giving up the solution to the mystery.

OHHHHHHHHH I'm loving your flea market treasures!!!!! The flowers are so lovely, makes me miss the northern spring/summer flowers.

I'm sorry for falling so far behind on visits and postings. Our DSL connection has been blipping in&out for days now. It took LW 3 hours to order a new laptop we lost the signal so many times!!:(
