Some WIP and sharing some love

I have not been posting very much lately - I haven't really had anything to tell you. Lots of introspection and reading going on here lately. Below is a sneak peek of some work in progress. I hope I will get my mojo working again soon and have new things to show. These winter months are not my friends.

I did want to share a new blog with you - it looks like it will become a place of inspiration - the beginnings are full of promise: OopsArt Designs.
Click here to see the post featuring a very talented woman and good friend - most of you already know her, I am sure: Maire Dodd.

I would like to say that my heart goes out to all of you enduring severe weather conditions around the world - you are in my thoughts and in my heart - I am hoping you are all safe and well.

Winter is not my friend either. But I did see lots of robins way up in the pecan tree a few days ago. That gave me a something of a feeling of hope that spring might be not too far away. On the other had instrospection and reading often lead to creativity. I think it is good to have a studio break. Guess what my verification word is? Caring and I do. Hugs, LeAnn

I am an avid garage sale hunter and have found many treasures throughout the years, but I must say, I envy yours!

Thank you for my blog's mention!

I looked through your blog and saw some wonderful jewelry. I will be featuring your works in the very near future.

I'll visit back often!

Hi Renate, I miss your wonderful self! I haven't been posting much either. Life just gets in the way. Have you been sewing at all? Do you want to do more? Hang in there, you will get inspired. I know how that is. Thinking of you. Riki xoxo

I know exactly how you feel, the winter kills me. I have been wondering about you. We will have to lean on each other friend.

I love your book.

It does seem to be that here, in the middle of winter, we are quiet. For some it's the lack of sunlight, for me it's an aversion to the cold. It makes it hard to find motivation, I love to spend the winter months reading and sketching in order to be ready for the spring thaw and a return to productivity.

Stay warm and positive your mojo will return soon I'm sure.

Know that this to shall pass and soon the spring will be here. I've been feeling "slow" these winter months also. It is nice to hear from you. Continue to BE.

I agree with Lori. I love this book picture =) It inspires me actually Renate!
I know how you feel, as we have had such COLD & FREEZING weather here, and it keeps trying to put me into a dormant state of mind....I have to fight it as I prepare for the class I'm preparing for this weekend!
