Greetings Renate!
Lovely tableau you hav created. I am looking forward to figuring out new traditions and carrying over some of the old when we move to our new house this December! I am not sure how much holiday decorating we will be able to do, but you have given me some wonderful inspiration! Enjoy the day! Erin

Oh how lovely it all looks, Renate. That's the sort of early Christmas I don't mind seeing! Sure wish I was visiting in person.

this looks so very beautiful... i have an aunt who is a civilian school nurse who works on a base in your country... and my eldest who will be in college next year wants to study abroad there - either heidelberg or berlin... so we know about the wonder and beauty of advent celebrations... thank you for allowng us to see it through your eyes...

I am learning a lot more about Advent from you Renate, and you have me wanting to skip right past Thanksgiving here to Christmas! Your photos are soooooo gorgeous, and I am going to make sure I look at them before I go to bed again!!

Hermanita!!!

We are home finally!!! I see you have been very busy while I was in the States!! Today was unpacking, laundry, and putting away. Renate I'm so greatful and hummbled by the amazing box of treasures you sent me!!!! They were waiting for me when we got to Mette's and Joe's. Can you believe we spent most of the time without internet!! This in a country that brags about it's technology!! When we did find it, it was sooooo slow things would time out before we had then open. So I must apologize I didn't get your parcel mailed. Addresses on the computer, post offices with wonky hours, or closed all together!! :( I will send it up with Jackie when she goes north!! I guess that means I'll just have to add to the box of treasures for you :)

I have sorely missed our visits Hermanita!! I'm so glad to be home and also home here in Bloglandia!!
