For the birds?

I'm not sure about this piece - do I like it or not? Can't decide.

Lots of birds in the pear tree, but no partridge.

A starling.

A robin.

The weather today. It's really for the birds. But they don't want it either.

Bless your heart, I don't know how you are tolerating this constant snow, I'm hoping for spring to arrive to you sooner than later.

The birds know it's spring...mother nature seems to still be on holiday somewhere else. Poor wee things...and poor you still coping with winter!! :(

As for this piece...I see it in it's possibility...it would look good with a cross or something else that is bold and striking... a combination piece. It just has that "look" to me.

I think it would be a very cool brooch. I can see it on a sweater with lots of texture.

I love the idea of a brooch. You know the style is to wear them on bags and clutches as well. That would look great on a purse.

As far as the weather where are you??? lol, here finally we have a gorgeous sunny day but its only about 40, and our snow is melting alot, not to much left.I enjoyed taking the doggies for a long walk they loved it as well lol.

i think i know why you're not sure about that piece...it might be too monochromatic for you. your metal pieces have had more layers, textures and tones- this one's palette isn't as varied. it's so interesting, though- maybe some verdigris patina on it?

Hello
The snow is now officially a pain... It is time to hear the birds sing and the sun to melt away the snow!
Blessings

Oh, my, at least we have sunshine! It's not really warm yet, but snow...that's too much in March! Here, the birds are starting to build their nests - can't wait for warmer days... Love, Silke
